DESCRIPTION Students are our future Leaders. Therefore, it is necessary to develop leadership skills and build social relationships for a healthy and organized society.

No man is an Island. We live in a society, we follow the Leaders, hence we should develop leaders. A leader is exemplary. He should have abundant knowledge, he should think rationally, logically and understand the problems and come out with solutions. He should believe in interaction and teamwork. He should be good in communication skills.

Leadership potential exists in every student and the students will have to train themselves by availing each and every opportunities.

OBJECTIVE
  • For acquisition of student leadership skills.
  • To encourage interpersonal communication skills, working in a team or in pairs.
  • Explore the leader in you – a leader with vision, passion, confidence, participation, self-sacrificing, supportive, motivating and planning.

ASSESSMENT PARAMETERS Verbal skills, Numerical Skills, Abstract or Non-verbal Skills. Emotional Intelligence, Inference, Interpretation, Problem Solving.
FEE A participation fee of Rs.150/- per student per TEST is to be collected by the school. The school shall retain Rs.15/- for D.D. commissions, postal expenses, incidental expenditures like photo-copying, etc and Rs.10/- towards the honorarium of the school coordinator. -Nil-
CUT-OFF MARKS Cutoff marks will be based on the students’ highest marks scored per class for the Prelims Level test. Students scoring above cut-off marks in the Prelims Level will get promoted to the FINALS. Students who score above cut-off marks in the Final Level test will be declared as a winners.
AWARDS All the participants will receive Certificate of Participation and Marks Memo. Students who score above cut-off marks will award the APPRECIATION medal. The winners will receive Certificate of Merit, Medals and Mementos.

3rd Place : BRONZE MEDAL
